As a society the vast majority of Americans are brainwashed.

Time for a change!

The media which literally controls our minds with behavior altering techniques is controlled by Corporations which themselves are authoritarian and undemocratic institutions that have been given special privileges that trample on democracy and the basic rights of individuals.

There is a huge difference between a job and work.

Everyone works as free individuals to stay alive ....  those who are able or desire to do more than just survive have two choices ... self-employment or indenture-ship .....

Corporations offer only one choice  ... give up your rights and your time and work for the interests of the owners of the Corporation.

That is the essence of capitalism which is premised on the concept of haves and have nots.

The system is stacked in favor of the haves.

What most human beings pay is what they never have had .... the ability to share in natural resources.

Billions of humans merely subsist while very VERY few live in wasteful decadence.

Education is a tool of calculated neglect used to reduce populations and suppress the majority of humans.

In so called third nations this is finally beginning to change while in America we are taking a step backwards.

The concept of taxes is for a society to self-administer itself in areas where the common good for all is desired.

This is why it is no surprise that those who have resources far beyond what is needed for common good, disdain their contributions to the public pool.

The argument is that some have earned power while others have not ...... 

yuh think!

The contradiction is that everyone is told they are free and equal ...... which could not be any further from the truth!

So today in America we have a party supported by almost half those who vote ... who say entitlements need to be cut ... referencing the small sums that Americans cost their Government for retirement and medical care .... 

I say SMALL in caps because we are talking about a level  of subsistence that dwarfs the vast amounts of money collected and hoarded by a relative handful of Americans.

This is the mother of all pyramid schemes ... however there is no middle section in this pyramid and income inequality represents the huge gap in our society.

And so we are all convinced by the Corporate owned, sponsored and managed media that a lifetime of promises and contributions towards retirement and the safety net of health care are an expense that needs to be reduced - while at the same time those with more than they could spend in a million lifetimes  ... get an even larger portion of the pie ...

All of this so they can be induced to provide more indenture-ships aka jobs for human society at large.

ORGANIZING for ACTION (OFA) is about balance and fairness ...  and about insuring that our votes are counted!
