Yes.
As talk show comics find their one-liners being broadcast on nightly news, one comes to realize that often the joke is on we the viewers. How often do we find the jokes to be more insightful than the news pundits? Think.
OFTEN.
One thing I continue to remind everyone in my articles is that the media is owned, sponsored and managed by the Corpocracy.
Extend that thought to the fact that the media is 100% under the control of the 2%.
Then try to understand why the 98% is split down the middle between the party of the 2% and the party of the 98%!
While consumers aka voters supply the "beef" or moolah, the corporate media provides the lures or advertisements ... and the media reels in we fish as deal after deal like a large flakes in a blinding snow blizzard, flash rapidly and frequently across our TV screens and more and more AND MORE lately, on our computer monitors.
The Corpocracy has taken over the Internet - hands down - no question about it ....
AND all of this is being prevented only by one thing ... us or OUR Federal Government which is being relentlessly attacked by .... guess who! ...the Corpocracy backed political party of the 2% who own the media.
One of many fallacies that have been used by the corporate media (the 2%) to dupe viewers aka Americans (the 98%), is equivocation.
The very concept of unfair and unbalanced itself has been "balanced" by the media simply saying that it isn't so.
On Meet the "Prez" OUR President criticized the news that is 50% 50% coverage as to parties and ideologies and right and wrong or good and bad ...
Moments after the interview ended (taped Saturday afternoon) Dave Gregory host addressed a live panel of media pundits who proceeded to argue that the media (THEM!) were not unfair and unbalanced.
YUH THINK!
How then can we viewers aka all Americans get at the truth? What alternatives to corporate owned, sponsored and managed media does each citizen have?
Some TV networks like Fox and MSNBC tend to ideologically offset each other - but this brings to question the accuracy, legitimacy and ultimately truthfulness of what all viewers see and hear ... and more importantly the influence that lies and distortions have on OUR society as a whole.
I personally find it bizarre and frightening when massive numbers of human beings become fixated on anything that makes absolutely no logical or reasonable sense.
There is so much smoke and mirrors used by corporate media that the targets (the masses) can predictably (by the 2%) be influenced by incongruous and irrelevant events and mental portraits.
Advertisements which are lies, attack the very core of human mental well being encouraging each of us to accept fantasy over reality.
Is it normal?
It seems to be.
Is it healthy? No.
We have become mentally harnessed to concepts that are harmful to us.
The idea that we sit and watch and listen to messages that are false .. and the increasing number of false messages in our lives.
A small number of ourselves who are radically out of touch with the truth now reside in the House of Representatives.
This is the future of America ... which actually is a forecast for impending doom.
America has become one massive video game .... produced by the Corporate media!
