My last resolution was several years ago - and it was on New Years eve.
I resolved never to write a Palin article again, and I haven't.
Now I must resolve to detach myself from the frustration and futility of discussing politics.
Instead I will be concentrating on nature conservation environment ecology and education ... and to the extent these subjects have political implications (which they do) I will inject what is appropriate but in context.
Why?
Why not!
WE humans must concentrate on improving the air we breath and water we drink. We must develop new technologies and renewable resources to reduce consumption minus conservation to zero.
It doesn't take a rocket science to recognize that human problems are the planets problems.
Population control in the benign form of education.
Food by simply wasting less and respecting nature more.
The template for any society on OUR planet should be essentially the same.
The idea that millions die across the globe when solutions exist is untenable and abhorrent.
And so farewell to all the partisan bickering although nature is lierally and figuratively in the gunsights of many humans.
It is important to disclose and reveal the disgrace of humanity. ALL of us.
Simply making us more self-aware and emphasizing that the obvious works very well.
All that is needed is a ground swell of humans to join one movement.
What movement?
The Epiphany.
