I don't believe in rule of law ... first off hardly anyone knows what rule of law even means.
Yet everyone -even OUR President says we must respect and obey the rule of law.
None of us should believe in or respect the "rule of law" and here is why.
What happens when those who make the laws disrespect those on whose behalf the laws are being made? I for one will be damned if I respect the rules of law created by the likes of what we have in congress today - or the wealthy powerful plutocracy that governs us like puppeteers.
In America all of our problems can be traced to the rule of law(s) and lawyers and accountants who interpret the laws .. as well as politicians who write the laws ... and above all the wealthy powerful plutocracy who control our lives.
In short there is no rule of law for the masses ... rule of law applies only for those who influence the laws.
The scope of law itself is applied differently depending on access to legal representation.
What does remain and what governs us is "divine right" ... and this isn't something that applies to each of us but to all of us as human beings.
Divine Right is not a religious belief but a basic fundamental inherent and undisputed right that is irrevocable and unchangeable by human beings.
Divine right is life itself and is pure.
Everything we live from date of birth is diluted by the rights asserted by other individuals. Doctors, parents, friends, teachers, employers, law enforcement, corporations, etc etc etc
As we grow older we are subordinated to the rights defined by a profit motivated society that is influenced by many small and disparate economic groups and at times by extremely powerful individuals.
We all do not experience OUR divine right to live. Instead we are living the lives imposed upon each of us by one another and by proxies whom we create to regulate our rights as individuals. Laws are subject to corruption, fraud and abuse.
OUR divine right as human beings is above the laws which are at best unfair and at their worst punitive.
That divine right is to live spiritually until we die.
By spiritually I don't mean in a religious sense - our spirit as human beings is the same.
While we may think different thoughts and look different and act differently - we are all one human spirit.
That human spirit is our divine right.
The quest for divination is one that is endless.
However what is sought is simple and before us. Nature.
OUR divine right is nature of which we are already a component.
WE have been given life by nature and we shall one day no longer be permitted to live by nature.
In between we should all respect one another and devote our efforts to the preservation of our divinity which is nature.
What laws we must adhere to with no options is the laws of nature or what we term science.
Yet even science is a flawed interpretation of what we think we know.
There is no need for human competition for what nature provides. Natures bounty is endless.
We humans are capable of self-control and can extend our life spans with the assistance of nature.
Yet we have exhibited no self-control thus far.
