When a cable news operation can virtually suppress headline news to concentrate on campaigning against one political party we have to conclude it can't get much worse.
But it can.
Fox is merely exposing the raw naked power of money and the corporate owned, sponsored and managed media to all of us in plain sight.
But the other cable news networks are not giving Murdoch a lot of play either, which suggests this may be the tip of the corporate owned, sponsored and managed MEDIA iceberg.
The mis-MEDIA is being stripped down to it's undies by itself in the mad quest for more and more contrived controversy in place of truth and facts and real news. Fox is the leader by far but the other cable news networks follow as well.
The Edwards trial or for that matter anything that could be a blight upon the democratic party has transformed Fox into a running epilogue on something that seems to have happened almost a decade ago ..... and for which the outcome is irrelevant and pre-ordained.
Murdoch on the other hand was just called out for being incompetent by the Government of the UK.
But CNN and MSNBC are suspect as well. Cable news lacks overall integrity in my opinion.
Too much fairness and balance when there shouldn't be!
Now which deserves more credence? News or opinions? Can you tell the difference?
