It seems at times a bit perverse
when traveling newsvines contra verse,
that pros and cons appear quite frequent
while less so comments that are decent;

for arrive the trolls to do their will,
as threads with vile remarks they fill,
offended we gasp and cry aloud
not just ourselves, but as a crowd;

for we are pure or so we say,
and just want trolls to go away,
yet one above the crowd does speak
as moderators their havoc wreak;

What words are we allowed to see?
our thoughts must always be let free,
yet we are told we must take heed
and the rules of conduct read;

and whilst I ponder upon the rules
am I simply obedient? or quite simply a fool!
