Politics is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions. The term is generally applied to the art or science of running governmental or state affairs. It also refers to behavior within civil governments. However, politics have been observed in other group interactions, including corporate, academic, and religious institutions. It consists of "social relations involving authority or power"^[1] and refers to the regulation of public affairs within a political unit,^[2] and to the methods and tactics used to formulate and apply policy.^[3]

My solution for solving the problems of humanity is for America to be the first to acknowledge that as humans on earth we recognize that we are mammals and are subject to the laws of science and nature.

And that all humans are born equal under the rules of science and nature.

It is the responsibility of humanity to keep it that way!

I think it is fair to say that religion has been intertwined in various ways with human society such that politics and religion cross paths often ... and many like me will say much too often.

There are a lot of things that conventional wisdom tells us or persuades us to believe that are false. Conventional wisdom can be different from nation to nation culture to culture - it is formed when a group of like minded humans agree on a belief. Sometimes it is true or factual but more often it is not.

Some falsehoods are enormous - what is value and what has value for example. Good and bad are also falsely portrayed in many different yet acceptable ways - given that a large enough number of humans sign on to the belief of the day.

We humans tend to forget we are mammals - and it was never more apparent than when I read something about giving earth human rights ..... of course I realize that is a symbolic gesture -but all the same the human ego would not allow us to state the truth.

Which is that Nature will keep us alive if we stop disobeying the laws of science and nature.

Instead we are going to keep nature alive which coincidentally will keep us alive as well. I'm sure nature doesn't mind ... nature doesn't have an ego. But if I were nature I would as I am now be laughing so hard I would split my sides!!
